1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return within 1–3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Unwashed and free from stains or damage
  • Packed with all original tags and packaging intact

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

2. Return Process

The customer is responsible for securely packaging the item and returning it via a reliable delivery service.

3. Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, you may request an exchange for the correct or replacement item. Requests must be made within 1–3 days of delivery and follow the same condition guidelines as returns.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original method — cash — at the time of return pickup or through coordination with our delivery partner.

No digital or alternative forms of refund will be issued.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Undergarments or items marked as final sale
  • Items returned after the 1–3 day window
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
